On the Cusp of Midsummer

mmm... I enjoy each season in its turn, but I always and forever feel at home in the dark, moody days of autumn and winter.

This is the first year I was desperate for spring (mostly because last winter in the UK was just grey and miserable) but it’s now so hot here that I’m starting to dream of autumn. 🤣 I don’t want to wish the year away but that crisp feeling and being able to wear a jumper are attractive while living in a house with no air conditioning. ☺️
